Community Mailbox Replacement Project – Phase 1 Update

Hello Homeowners,
We’re excited to announce that the Community Mailbox Replacement Project is now underway as part of our commitment to improving security and maintaining shared community assets.
Phase 1 key pickup is scheduled – You will need to pick up your new mailbox keys at your mailbox cluster on the dates and times listed below. Please refer to the attached map and list of addresses for reference.
Mail service will be temporarily suspended as follows:
August 20–22: Jebel Pool and S Lisbon mailboxes
August 27–29: S Ireland and S Jebel mailboxes
If your mailbox location is not shown, your mailbox is not yet scheduled for replacement. We’ll notify you when your area is included in a future phase.
If you're unable to attend during your scheduled time, you may also pick up your keys at the clubhouse on Thursdays between 1:00–5:00 PM.
🔑 Key Pickup Requirements
Please bring a valid photo ID to collect your keys. If your photo ID does not list your Conservatory address, please bring a utility bill or bank statement that does list your address.
If someone else will be picking up your keys (renter, realtor, anyone who is not listed on the deed, etc.), please notify us in advance. They must also present a valid photo ID and proof of residency for pick up.
Note: All dates and times are weather permitting.

August 25th: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
August 26th: 4:00–6:00 PM
📍 S Ireland Mailboxes
September 1st: 4:00–6:00 PM
September 2nd: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
📍 S Jebel Mailboxes
September 1st: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
September 2nd: 4:00–6:00 PM
