Community Mailbox Replacement Project – Phase 4 Update

Hello Neighbors,
The fourth phase of mailbox replacements has been scheduled. Please review the attached address listing to see if your home is included in this phase.
If your address is listed, your new mailbox keys will be available for pickup at the Conservatory Clubhouse on the dates and times below.
If your address is not listed, your keys will be distributed during a future phase, which will be announced at a later date.
Important Mail Transition Info:
Please check your current mailbox today Monday, January 12 to ensure you receive all mail delivered to your old box.
Any mail left in the old mailboxes after January 12 will be collected and held at the Aurora Main Post Office until re-delivery to your mailbox has resumed.
Mail scheduled for delivery during this week’s renovation will also be held at the post office.

Pickup Dates & Times:
Thursday, January 15 – 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Monday, January 19 – 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Tuesday, January 20 – 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Please bring a Photo ID or a piece of mail as proof of address.
Friendly Reminder:
We’re excited to have our new mailboxes installed and want to ensure they stay looking great for everyone in the community. To help preserve their clean and professional appearance, we kindly ask that no items be posted or attached to the mailboxes—this includes flyers, signs, stickers, or any other materials.
Any items placed on the mailboxes will be promptly taken down to maintain their neat appearance.
