Why do you want to serve on the Board of Directors? My fellow homeowners, the community we are, our ability to grow, support one another, make our homes better, create a safe community. I would like to empower our homeowners to a great and successful community. Build on the foundation that has become our community and further develop the best version of the Conservatory.

Education: AS in Business Administration, BS in IT Systems Management, Cyber Security Professional

Beyond the world of technology, you'll find me coaching and mentoring both youth and adults with the Boy Scouts of America. Guiding these diverse minds toward leadership, responsibility, and teamwork has been a truly rewarding experience that continues to enrich my life. Plus, the camping in this state is beyond words.
My heart finds its true solace in my loving family, my amazing wife and 5 amazing boys ranging from 15 to 4.

I'm constantly reminded of the significance of marrying professional commitment with the love and warmth of family. Together, these elements shape my identity and illuminate my path. May we all enjoy it together. Cheers to a great community.

Why do you want to serve on the Board of Directors? To assist and help make this community maintain its high standards of living better.

Education: BA in Technical Communications and double major in Political Science

Organizations served in: Arapahoe Youth League, President and Youth League Organizer and Co-Chair of the Conservatory Design Review Committee (DRC) 2016 – to the present.

I moved to Colorado in May 1976 and worked at Buckley Space Force Base for my entire career and still work PT at the base. During my working career I have been involved with various volunteer organizations, mostly sports programs for youths. I was a member and President of both Spartan Youth League and Arapahoe Youth Sports League during my 17-year association with these programs. I enjoy working with the community and hopefully making improvements along the way.

I moved to the Conservatory in November 2016 and joined the DRC Committee later that same year. In the spring of 2017, I became the Co-Chair of the DRC. I currently still serve as a member of the DRC.

I feel that my experience in working with volunteers and the programs they represent would be an excellent addition to the Conservatory HOA Board and I would/could be a good liaison to the DRC committee.
